To work with Japan-headquartered Brother to help them to develop a long-term design and marketing strategy in line with their business objectives for the Indian region.

Challenges:
The biggest challenge in formulating a marketing and design strategy is the dynamic nature of the Indian business environment. The strategy needed to not only be in line with the current business objective, but agile to adapt to the constant changes without loosing sight of the core business objectives of the company.

Through in-depth insights and discussions with the global and domestic team at Brother, Lokusdesign enabled a strategy to form a design customized to the Indian sub-continent, differentiate itself from competition, innovate and enhance the distribution network, and build up to other marketing and communication activities to further move the brand ahead in terms of recognition and understanding amongst its target audience.
